Passau Germany

Thursday 1st October

Passau is our first stop in Germany. And is the only place in the world where three rivers – Ilz, Danube, Inn – come together. This is where our ship is docked. We are spending the night here due to low water up River. If the water levels don’t come up then I think we will be bussed up River to another ship. Not ideal, but not a surprise either based on the lack of rain in this area over the summer.

St. Stephen’s Cathedral – Europe’s largest church organ and the second largest in the world. The cathedral is gorgeous and the music from the organ was fantastic.

I want to see the world! I am armed with the book "1,000 places to see before you die" and I am having a great time. I am also a dog lover and theatre snob.
