Gelateria

First, a post from earlier this year…. http://wp.me/s1MEae-gelato

To answer the question, I ate lots of pizza in Italy. I didn’t drink as much prosecco as anticipated.

Rome has a million places that sell gelato – restaurants and shops. Well…maybe not one million, but many.

It is such an impulse purchase. I never seek out gelato, but I ate more than I will admit to. Fruit gelatos are refreshing. My favorite though was in a shop near my hotel in Rome – it was nutella and marshmallow creme.

I recommend a cup because I am too old to have ice cream dripping down my hand from a cone.
